Among possible alternatives to animal experiments there is the alternative of mathematical modelling. Bond Graphs are rather recent and provide a universal method that allows us to model many phenomena, and researchers are increasingly interested in its applications in many areas, even if the medical world only discovers it. This Bond Graphs method, appropriately applied and combined with other more traditional methods and some new technologies, will be the modelling mathematical tool of the future par excellence. We are world leaders in the development of this innovative and promising approach.
