With 39 years of experience, the Belgian Thermometry Laboratory's position at the forefront of the calibration field is assured. The laboratory does not sell equipment, and is hence able to maintain its objectivity. It is more than happy to give advice on the choice of equipment, how to use it, and how to calculate uncertainties. It also participates in intercomparison campaigns and studies with the world's largest laboratories.

The laboratory's work focuses exclusively on the areas of THERMOMETRY and HYGOMETRY. The personnel are involved in the latest developments in these fields and offer services of unrivalled quality. The laboratory is BELAC ISO17025 accredited for measuring temperature and humidity and has obtained BELAC accreditation for the validation of climatic and thermal chambers.

As a customer of the Belgian Thermometry Laboratory, you will deal directly with our metrologists. Rather than an intermediary, you will be in touch with a competent contact person whose concern is for quality rather than profit. Furthermore, given the high quality of our services, the prices we charge are competitive.

Calibrations are accompanied by a certificate from BELAC which vouches for the quality of the work. However, this confirmation does not prevent the laboratory from carrying out its calibrations in the shortest timeframes, hence reducing the time that your equipment is out of action.

The laboratory is also accredited by the Ministry for Economic Affairs for on-site services falling within the scope of both BELAC accreditation.
