General presentation
The Department of Clinical Chemistry of the University Hospital of Liège performs more than 500 different assays in the field of clincal biochemistry. In particular, we propose a large battery of tests for assessing the oxidant/antioxydant balance of the body. The laboratory acts as local and central laboratory for numerous clinical studies, and is specialized in analytical and clinical evaluations of IVD reagents and devices, as well as of clinical chemistry analysers. The laboratory is accreditated by BELAC (ISO 15189).
