The decree passed on 17 January 2007 defines the guidelines developed by the Walloon clusters, hence simplifying the 9 guidelines followed until now.
1° Actions dedicated to a better knowledge of each other between members of a network of enterprises or cluster and with a view to knowing the environment of the concerned area of activity.
2° Actions dedicated to strengthening the commercial links between the members of the network of enterprises or cluster or allowing to reach an innovative capacity and a higher competitiveness.
3° Actions dedicated to developing partnerships involving members of the network of enterprises or cluster in the fields of the production of goods and services, research-development or the commercial approach with, in some cases, the creation of new activities.
4° Actions dedicated to promoting, on a local and international basis, the network of enterprises or cluster with a view to, perhaps, strengthening the appeal of the Walloon Region as regards foreign investors and its participation in specialised trade fairs.
5° Actions dedicated to the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of good practicesbetween the network of enterprises or clusters , including at the international level.
6° Actions dedicated to strengthening the synergy between the activities of the network of enterprises or cluster and the activities of other forms of enterprises, namely the competitiveness hubs.
